Date: December 7-9, 2026 (including a social program)
-
Deadline abstract: April 1st, 2026
-
Deadline full paper: November 1st, 2026

All participants are required to submit both an abstract and a full paper. Accepted papers will be published either in a special issue of a criminology journal or in an edited volume. For these reasons, and because we anticipate receiving more submissions than we can accommodate, the organizing committee will prioritize completed research with a strong empirical foundation, as well as provocative and challenging contributions that offer novel perspectives on cybercrime. In particular, we encourage submissions addressing new and emerging trends in cybercrime, as well as innovative work addressing strategies for preventing and disrupting cybercrime and reducing cybervictimization.
Deakin University, Cyber Futures and Resilience Centre, will welcome you at Melbourne’s Downtown Corporate Centre. More information about the event and logistics will be announced soon. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact Chad Whelan (chad.whelan@deakin.edu.au). International visitors may wish to consider attending the Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology conference alongside this event. Details will be announced in due course, here.
We hope to see you in Australia in December!
